At Reality Handmade Enterprises, every product is handcrafted with care and individually made to order. We aim to deliver high-quality handmade goods to customers across India and worldwide (USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and more). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Product

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund.

Required:

  • Unboxing video showing the package and product clearly
  • Photo evidence of damage or issue
  • Request submitted within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Since our products are handmade and customized, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color/texture due to handmade craftsmanship
  • Items used or damaged by the customer

3. International Orders (USA, Canada, UK, etc.)

For international orders:

  • Only damaged or wrong items are eligible for replacement/refund.
  • Return shipping is not covered by us unless the fault is from our side.
  • Customs delays are not considered valid reasons for refunds.

4. Return Process

If your purchase qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact us at support@rheglobe.com
  2. Provide your order number, issue details, photos/videos.
  3. After approval, we will guide you on return shipping (India or international).
  4. Product must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time:
    • India: 5–7 business days
    • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping charges, customs fees, or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After production begins, cancellation is not possible.
